Visa Requirements
Generally, foreign citizens travelling to United States to attend professional meetings and conferences will need to have a “Visitor Visa for business” (B-1). Travel arrangements
Denver International Airport (IATA Code: DEN) is located about 60 miles from Fort Collins, making it the best gateway option for meeting participants.
Shuttles operate regularly from Denver International Airport to Fort Collins. Pick-up and drop-off points are located at Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, island 5, outside doors 505-507 (east side) and 510-512 (west side). You can check the locations at the Airport Map.
Booking the shuttle in advance is advisable and makes it easier for you on arrival. Green Ride is one of the reliable companies that serves Fort Collins. You can arrange drop-off and pick up from the airport to a variety of hotels in Fort Collins, including the hotels indicated below.

Insurance
