  • New approaches and tools for performing match-up analyses with OLCI

    Webinar with Ben Loveday, Hayley Evers-King and Juan Ignacio Gossn (EUMETSAT)

    This event will focus on recent changes to data access for Sentinel-3 OLCI operational and reprocessed products to support the new of new tools and approaches for performing match-up analyses.

    This event will cover:
    • the use of the EUMETSAT Data Store to facilitate searching and downloading of OLCI data
    • approaches for selecting SAFE product components
    • flag-coverage determined product selection
    • match-up approaches for open ocean and complex coastal waters

    There are no prerequisites for this course, and all attendees are welcome. The demonstration will include live demonstrations using Python based Jupyter Notebooks, which will be freely distributed to attendees via our EUMETLAB GitLab repositories. These will be configured to support immediate "spin-up" via Binder to allow attendees to follow along. If you wish to do so, you will require a EUMETSAT Earth Observation Portal account.

      Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool with a local, desktop client and a mobile app that allows us to meet online.
